1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using our services (https://www.mycrmexpert.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Packages

Core Plan ($799, one-time setup): Includes ready-to-launch CRM setup, automations, dashboards, reminders, e-signatures, funnel templates, onboarding call, and industry-specific strategies.

Elite Plan ($2,499, one-time setup): Includes all Core features plus unlimited user accounts, advanced AI automation, smart lead scoring, integrations, call recording, role-based access, strategy playbooks, priority support, and 1:1 strategy sessions.

Hourly Plan ($14/hour, recurring): Dedicated CRM experts working as in-house staff with unlimited tweaks, tailored workflows, reporting, training, urgent request handling, and ongoing audits.

Note: Features listed in each plan are provided as described on our website. Customizations beyond the listed scope may require additional fees.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Hourly services are billed based on actual hours tracked.

Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where explicitly stated in writing.

No guarantee of specific business outcomes, lead generation, or revenue results.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information, timely access, and required credentials for setup.

Ensure compliance with local laws when using communication features (phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp, etc.).

Maintain proper internet and device requirements to use the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All funnels, workflows, playbooks, scripts, and templates provided remain the property of My CRM Expert unless transferred by written agreement.

You are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for your business only.

You may not resell, distribute, or copy our materials without consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Third-party service disruptions (Stripe, Ads, WhatsApp, etc.).

Data loss due to client-side issues or external integrations.

Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific plan/service.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By purchasing any plan, you consent to data collection and processing for account setup, automations, and support.

8. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful use.

Clients may cancel hourly services anytime with written notice.

9. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Integrations with third-party services (Stripe, Ads, Calendars, Webhooks, etc.) are subject to their own terms.

My CRM Expert is not liable for failures or issues arising from third-party platforms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of New Jersey courts.
